1. User Eligibility

By creating an account and using SilentKnock, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and possess a mobile number registered in the United States or Canada that is capable of receiving text messages. Use of this service by anyone under 18 or by individuals without a U.S. or Canadian mobile number is strictly prohibited.

2. Modifications to Terms

SilentKnock reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically for updates.

3. Account Termination & Fraud

You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard. SilentKnock reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately if we suspect illegal activity, fraudulent behavior, or violation of these terms.

4. Limitation of Liability & Loss of Income

SilentKnock and Queuly LLC are not liable for any loss of business income, revenue, or reputation-related damages. The service is provided "as-is" for communication purposes only.

5. Messaging & Provider Compliance

SilentKnock utilizes third-party providers for SMS alerts. By using this service, you agree to the following messaging protocols:

  • Opt-In: You consent to receive automated notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP.
  • Liability for Missed Alerts: If you choose to opt-out of SMS notifications, SilentKnock is not responsible for any missed alerts or business friction that occurs due to your lack of receipt of these messages.

6. Billing & Refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel your subscription through your user dashboard.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration outside of the court system at your own expense. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

8. Legal Ownership & Business Identity

SilentKnock™ is a proprietary product owned and operated by Queuly LLC, a registered entity in Ohio, USA. All application logic, service infrastructure, and related branding remain the exclusive intellectual property of Queuly LLC.
