  • SMS Messaging: By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive automated transactional alerts from SilentKnock, including verification codes, visitor arrival notifications, and service-related status updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP.
  • Usage Analytics: We collect anonymized usage data to maintain system performance and enhance your experience.

2. SMS & Email Communication Privacy

SilentKnock utilizes third-party providers (Telnyx for SMS and Postmark for Email) to deliver real-time notifications. Your contact information is handled with the following protections:

Carrier Compliance: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Cookies and Data Retention

We use "cookies" through Google Analytics to collect information and improve our services. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, though this may limit your ability to use some portions of the SilentKnock web system.
